📦 30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any item for a full refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them
  • Items must be in their original packaging with all tags attached
  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Opened feeding bottles, pacifiers, or teething toys
  • Underwear or intimate apparel that has been opened
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance"
  • Personalized or custom-made items

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  • Provide your order number and the reason for return
  • We will send you a return authorization number and shipping instructions
  • Pack the items securely in their original packaging
  • Ship the package to the address provided (return shipping costs apply)

Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item, we will:

  • Inspect the item to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria
  • Process your refund within 5-7 business days
  • Issue the refund to your original payment method
  • Send you an email confirmation once the refund has been processed

Note: Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at hello@puebloplaywear.com. We'll arrange for the exchange and cover the shipping costs if the error was on our part.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • Arrange for a free return shipping label
  • Send you a replacement item at no additional cost
  • Or issue a full refund, including original shipping costs

New Mexico Customers:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for customers in New Mexico with 575 area code phone numbers
  • Local delivery available in Santa Fe and surrounding areas
  • Faster delivery times for in-state orders (2-4 business days)

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package's progress.
